I will post any music I deem as "GOOD." You can be the judge of how accurate I am. If you follow me, I only guarantee good times, riffs, dirty south, and probably a good dose of old worn out classic rock.
Weather Report - “Man In The Green Shirt” (Tale Spinnin’, 1975)
After hearing Leon “Ndugu” Chancellor play drums with Carlos Santana, Josef Zawinul invited him to come play a session with Weather Report because they were recording in studios next to each other. The session ends up being a week long and the product is Tale Spinnin’. Ndugu was later asked to be a permanent member of Weather Report but refused to continue with Carlos Santana.
Narada Michael Walden - “I Don’t Want Nobody Else (To Dance With You)” (Awakening, 1979)
Good party song. Reminds me of a heavier, yet cheesier, Hamilton Bohannon song. This album has some awesome guests like Carlos Santana and the Pointer Sisters.
Thrift Store Record Find: Carlos Santana & Buddy Miles! Live!
Found by me but actually purchased for me by katiebeebones mother. So that was awesome
Also found was a possible autographed copy of Blondie’s Autoamerican by Debbie Harry but you’ll have to ask Katie about that one.
